We all know that the internet is a vast array of computers and networks which allows us, as users, to access resources and tools with virtually no limit. As an internet user, you are a member of the internet community. Well as a SpankSite.net user, you are part of the SpankSite.net community. The various rules and policies used by SpankSite.net are used to protect its members, not only from irresponsible members of the internet community, but also those of the SpankSite.net community whom may be irresponsible.

This was a dream of mine and I�ve been fortunate enough to make this become a reality. SpankSite.net has opened its doors and granted the general public access to its website and its IRC Server. Violators of the rules and regulations set by SpankSite.net will quickly find their access to either the website, IRC Server or both removed. By reading the Acceptable Use Policy, you have agreed to respect SpankSite.net and all its various entities, affiliates and programs. Additionally, you�ve agreed that SpankSite.net can and will revoke access to anyone, at any time, for any reason deemed necessary in order to protect the SpankSite.net community.

In general, the following items are NOT acceptable on SpankSite.net:
- Any illegal activity.
- Any activity which is contrary to generally accepted behavior on the internet.
- Those considered to be under the legal age in their country.
- Using multiple accounts to be a �troll� or to mislead others.
- Use the server for commercial or �spam� purposes.
- Any actions which may be considered fraudulent, defamatory or deceptive.
- Any actions which may be considered threats, harassment, abuse or personal injury.
- Any computer hacking.
- Any actions which may interfere with others in the community and their enjoyment of the server.

SpankSite.net reserves the right to make changes to this AUP at any time, without notice.
